• 10baggerbamm HH1000 : when a company goes public typically they issue a unit a unit consists of one share of common and a warrant. the warrant gives the holder the option in the future up to a preset time because they have an expiration a conversion price where you will add x amount of dollars cash which you send to the company plus one warrant equals one share of common stock. they do this because it's the lowest cost solution for a company to raise additional money in the future as opposed to having to do a secondary offering which is very expensive so if the company executes their business plan and the stock trades higher common Sense dictates that you as a shareholder are going to want to exercise your options and buy another share of stock.

• FANCY PANTS : I'd be hesitant. A lot of the price action this week was people exercising their warrants and selling them off. Short also jumped on it this week after looking at the technicals without understand *why* there was a sell off.
  I imagine the price will rebound next week after the company announces the capital raised from it.
