101636687 OP MrM : Ok to hold for dividends but not a good environment to average in now. Capital destruction through share price drop is more than dividends you get back. DPU will prob continue to fall this year.

I am looking at their total assets value, dividends and china recovery - domestic consumption recovery,increased business park and data centres demand. if you are comfortable with your existing holdings and price then just hold loh. if you are underweight and bought at high price then good to average down.
