3. Moore's Law.
the whole 2 year law , last time I heard, is down to 6 months .
so, with the most recent releases of their products being benchmarked within that timeframe..
who actually believes China can't get an EUV machine, or scrap something together competitive.
GPU's, and semiconductors are much like engine and racing..
one side may have a better machine shop, ASML.
but, then we meet Moore's Law and reality sets in.
how long before ASML is not ahead and alone, or restricted?
And if the end result of the GPU's ends up a larger factor, than the manufacturing of them, it may not matter.
How possible is it to actually restrict a country from accessing a computer technology?
Maybe I can teach their spies a thing or two, that is IF they really are being thwarted from Nvidia chips.
which on the surface, knowing the underbelly,  seems wholly preposterous and totally ludicrous.
as more Nvidia chips are put out, Semiconductors will become less profitable as proliferation dictates.
one company or government can only throttle innovation for so long in a monopoly.
