Only know that the stock prices are all below the moving averages in the long/medium/short term, indicating a possible technical bottom, but lacking good fundamental support. If it is also reported that a new stock issuance will raise $10 billion, short-term investors will consider this a financial issue, belonging to bearish news. Currently, all rising stocks are technical rebounds or corrections.
