CALC (01848) announced that on January 21, 2025, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company (buyer) entered into a Purchase Agreement for Aircraft with an independent third party (seller) to purchase two aircraft. The purchase is expected to be completed by the end of August 2025. The assets to be sold are two Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
