Guosen Securities published a research report stating that it gives Vstecs (00856) an "outperform the market" rating, expecting the company's net income for 2024-2026 to be 1.058/1.295/1.53 billion yuan respectively. Using the PE valuation method and selecting comparable companies in the industry, namely Digital China Group, TD Synnex, and arrow electronics inc, considering the company's strong accumulation in the electronic information product distribution field and the strong synergy among its businesses, a PE of 10-12 times is given for 2024, leading to an expected fair valuation of 7.4-8.9 yuan.
