He will be looking to sign this into effect on his first day in office.
$HSI Futures(NOV4) (HSImain.HK)$ ticked higher and instead added +0.63% in defiance.
$Hang Seng TECH Index (800700.HK)$ also ticked higher by 0.50%.

$BABA is a buy for me between $82-83.
I think a Cup with Handle pattern is occurring in the stock chart.
Once the correction is over, $BABA could head to $165 !
