Bitfarms Ltd. (Nasdaq and TSX: BITF), a global Bitcoin vertically integrated company, filed an amended and restated US$375 million base shelf prospectus supplement for its existing at-the-market equity offering program. It said this is a required amendment based on the proposed Stronghold Digital Mining acquisition. US$127 million remains on the ATM, it added.
