Actually they didn't say they won't buy . In fact the cfo says they are constantly evaluating crypto. That shareholders meeting was only to reject the proposal that the board should look at investing in btc. The board can change its mind anytime. Msft is always behind the curve.. they missed search, mobile, social media but luckily they didn't miss AI. Now they are going to miss btc and quantum computing

The reason why MSTR cannot fall or rise mainly lies in its excessive exposure to ATM. When others enter QQQ, it is to join the Fund, but when it enters QQQ, it cannot dilute shares casually.
