• 10baggerbamm 74834492 : the debts that they're going to repair with stock they have 30 billion shares they can issue if he's not capable of conning any other people to buy his convertible debt because I'm sure they're thrilled today after buying Bitcoin at 97,000 and seeing it 86 today and watching the underlying stock collapse to the extent that it has since the convertible closed. all he has to do is sell stock dilute shareholders he can pay the preferred shareholders their dividend of 8% not a problem he can repay the convertible holders in worthless stock that's not a problem.
  so there is no risk of forced liquidation it's impossible unless microstrategy stock goes to zero and that wouldn't happen cuz he could always reverse split it because he is 30 billion shares that he can sell to raise Capital by Bitcoin so he has plenty of money to pay every creditor of the convertible series back that are outstanding stock in the future he has plenty of money available to pay the coupon or the dividend of the preferred holders by selling stock at the market and diluting shareholders.
  so it doesn't really matter if Bitcoin goes to $10,000 it makes no difference because there is no guarantee of price that the convertible holders will get maturity it's just one share at current market plus whatever was set 30% 35% 40%.
