China claims that the WTO’s ruling against the US’s import restrictions on China’s solar panels is “wrong and dangerous”
$Solar (LIST2047.US)$ China criticized the World Trade Organization's (WTO) ruling on US measures to restrict imports of solar panels from China, calling it "wrong and dangerous." Earlier this month, a WTO panel of experts made a ruling in favor of the United States, dismissing all four of China’s claims, saying that US measures did not violate global trade rules. China said last week that it would appeal the ruling. According to a statement issued by the Chinese delegation, at this private meeting, the Chinese representative expressed deep concern about the conclusion of the expert group report that Chinese products have caused systemic damage to the US solar industry
