I personally got out of Pfizer after a few months. I don't see any reason for it to go to the moon any time soon and has been down more than up lately so $2.25 profit per share was enough for me

Small Middle cap companies and REITs usually have large debts so they will benefit hugely from Fed rate cuts. Mega cap companies like Microsoft,Google,Nvidia,etc…They have little debts and huge cash balances so they have no advantages from Fed rate cuts. You can read this article for more details.
