Reuters pointed out on February 15 that the Trump administration may not support foreign companies operating Intel's factories in the USA. In response, JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley both issued Research Reports on February 16 stating that the probability of Taiwan Semiconductor acquiring or operating Intel's wafer factories is low.
