In the third quarter, Berkshire Hathaway reduced its apple positions by about 25%, Arrowstreet Capital and Viking Global both sold over 5 million shares of Amazon stocks, and overall hedge funds reduced their holdings in Amazon by $11 billion. However, technology stocks are still the top holdings of hedge funds, accounting for 21%, followed by the financial industry at 15%.
