The dollar's weakening seems imminent. Analysts believe one of Trump's most potentially impactful policies would be devaluing the dollar to boost exports. However, even before Trump takes office, the dollar is already expected to weaken over the coming months and years due to the US fiscal deficit showing no signs of relief and the impending Fed rate cuts, which could cause inflation, further devaluing the dollar.
