Joe Tsai was an successful Investment Banker, when he first visited Jack Ma, he used the toilet and found 10 toothbrushes in the toilet, he learnt that these 10 person has been living and working there, he gave up his 700k USD job and join them for $700 pay. (Annually, many years ago)
