Significant reductions in almost everything. A 41% decrease in rev yoy, operating expense increase yoy (so cost of revenue is up despite less rev), -492% yoy decrease in Net Profit, 124% yoy reduction in ROA, -65% yoy net cash balance, -391% pre tax profit yoy....
They not only are losing customers but selling less overall, while cost is wayyyyy up and have trouble collecting payments from existing cust...
