They also downgraded their revenue estimates, implying worse performance than the wider industry. The analyst also cut their price targets, indicating increased pessimism about the business's intrinsic value.

Despite Zhejiang Ming Jewelry's recent share price surge, its P/S ratio remains below industry median, likely due to expectations of limited growth. If medium-term revenue trends persist, significant share price increase is unlikely.

Investors are wary as the company's moderate P/E ratio and recent medium-term earnings decline may not outperform the expected 40% market growth. The current P/E ratio may not sustain positive sentiment unless conditions improve.
