There's a VERY good reason USA is so afraid of China EV: If they ever were to make it to US they would absolutely crush every auto manufacturer here. The chasm of technology and affordability between the likes of Tesla and China companies like BYD and Xpeng is as large as the Grand Canyon.

This gives the impression that Tesla cars are "full self driving" autonomously through USA, which is false. Rather, their "FSD" is little more than cruise control. In addition, it is still not allowed in 99% of cities and roads.
