Tesla's energy storage business experienced significant growth in 2024, deploying a record 31.4 GWh of storage, more than double its 2023 total of 14.7 GWh48. This segment now accounts for nearly 10% of Tesla's revenue, driven by strong demand for its Megapack (utility-scale) and Powerwall (residential) systems. Tesla's Lathrop, California, factory reached a production rate of 40 GWh annually, while a new Shanghai facility is expected to double capacity starting in Q1 2025. Musk emphasized energy storage as a "gigantic opportunity," with growth outpacing Tesla's automotive business
$Bitcoin (BTC.CC)$With the fxxk up relationship with the two super powers, if US govt accumulates BTC s as one of it's reserve in the future, will the "other" country able to manipulate US like the way they bought US bonds or dump USD when they need to? BTC is supposed to be a world currency independent to countries & central authority's control. Worth some thoughts. $Tesla (TSLA.US)$$NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$

With this, still positive to BTC's investment value. Just a thought on the non-financial side of the world.

Heres the simple fact; bitcoin/dollars/gold and eveything else is only worth something only when someone else is willing to trade for it. So the iconic thing is that the bigger the concentration of bitcoin is in the west, the less incentive is there for the east to recognise it Imagine you are playing a game of monopoly in which one player controls 80% of the cash and the rest of the players share 20%. They would just say, F that, and start a different game.

and what troubled me was the current executive order issued on crypto : it only says it will "look into" making it as reserve, the tone isn't that certain or definite as compared with other executive orders recently issued or the normal tone of DT. Still observing what the heck they are doing ...

$Tesla (TSLA.US)$I'll just throw this out there do with it whatever you want I'm long Tesla I'm very concerned I have a very large position in it if they don't deliver the stocks 360 so if you want to buy puts I would advise you doing it Monday because I think the market's going to sell off going into chairman Powell Wednesday is Tesla's earnings I've asked this question to every analyst I've emailed I've gone on various social media platforms I've sent to their direct emails on their websites I...

yes, I also have my suspicions. if the missed deliveries on the previous quarter, and analysts already forecasts earnings decline, Jerome Powell will come his usual oh inflation still a risk etc, I feel a brick drop is more likely considering the upside is pretty much priced in to a max 450+. put hedge for long position makes more sense. everyone do your own research and yes puts at EoD Monday will be my play, capture downside and just in case it goes the other way a couple of calls at wed close, strangle to insure profit in either direction.

why don't you do everybody a favor because your use of options is different than mine why don't you post the strike prices for your out position and then your strangle positions do a screenshot so people can see and learn. I think it's important that other individuals that have a good skill set working knowledge for the use of options show everybody in real time what they're doing or what they're going to do.

I currently don't have a long position on tesla due to imminent earnings volatility i can't stomach the wild swings and possible drawdown. I will post a pic of my strangle play starting Monday at end of day based on underlying move for the day, and complete the strangle on Wed. I find is best to build the strangle one leg at the time to minimize time decay wheen buying a preset system strangle.

$Tesla (TSLA.US)$Those who bought at 450 - 501, majorly trapped. I doubt Tesla will return to such high levels unless there is some super major positive news.

Thanks for the event Here is my input: Like the internet and smart phones, AI will be part of everyday life. I have already invested in AI related stocks for the longer-term and I believe Stargate will be realized which is only a matter of time. When we see AI achieved AGI (Artificial General Intelligence), the related stocks will grow rapidly. I foresee AGI will come in autonomous vehicles and robotics in the near future. The other sector which will change the world is quantum computing (QC). Unfortunately investing in AGI or QC requires a big risk appetite which most retail investors don't have. We tend to lose conviction when we see the stock not gaining value.

AI is another way to say generalized statistics. It can't create new things, but only to recycle the old information. I bet half of the investors don't even know how their company's product was created. I won't be moved by stuff that is in the experimental stage. But AI companies managed to create chatbots that can transfer knowledge to human students faster than a teacher could by recycling old information algorithmically. It's just having a problem with most niche fields. I was working on an algorithm that may need lyndon factorization to complete. But the chatbot always gives the wrong answer, or running into self-persuasion when trying to reason my questions. It's more biased than you can think of. So there are many things left to do to improve chatbots, but usually the organizational culture makes the product more costly to develop than it should. What they're doing with chatbot is that they're trying to solve problems that don't exist, or problems that are impossible to solve, then market it to everyone before they're finished. Yes, you have to pay to be their lab mice. They even have to figure out a reason for you to use their chatbot because improving the world is their second thought and not the first. How's that not a red flag? It's easier to fool people than to convince them that they have been fooled. Almost all companies are psychology companies, they make revenue based on how much they can persuade people into buying packaged material at a mark-up price without them noticing. They'll repeat their slogan over and over, and that's how they always seem right to people. I'd be surprised if Coca-Cola started to promote Pepsi, or Intel promoting AMD just because their competitor is beneficial for customers. The world doesn't really need changes, it'd mostly lead to more conflict of interest. We need less of that already.
