$BWX Technologies (BWXT.US)$this company is your largest profitable SMR reactor builder . they manufacture what goes in your subs your ships. this is a company that would be potentially subjected to a 8% reduction in defense spending but yet it's trading higher
$RTX Corp (RTX.US)$think about it you've got palantir getting wrecked right now because president Trump came out last week and said that military defense spending will be down by 8%, and yet here today you have Raytheon trading higher..

the CEOs and officers sell stock routinely throughout the year it's a planned sale that's number one the second thing that I commented on this last week when an officer sells stock they are not sitting behind their trading desk hitting the sell button sell 5000 shares sell 10,000 shares sell 50,000 shares they have an arrangement with an institutional brokerage firm so Morgan Maryland Cowan and Company whoever it is a lot of times these are people that have done stock offerings for them in the past or Bond offerings they have a working relationship or it might just be wherever they have their individual account at Goldman Sachs as an example when they are sellers of these massive amounts of stock it does not hit the stock market or like 99% of it never hits the stock market where you see that cell putting pressure on the stock happens is is they will contact other institutions that have positions that are portfolio for long term in the security so whether they call up BlackRock or vanguard or Fidelity where they have institutional ownership where they have people that manage funds that buy to maintain the same waiting every week and they will say look I have 100,000 shares right now the market is the current price we will sell it to you at 50 cents lower than the market the 100,000 shares will sell it to you at a dollar less than the market so they negotiate a transaction that never hits the street and that stock then goes into their account and at the end of the day there's a print that will show what the average price is if they work that order if they split it up between four or five different companies or if it was one company they will show the volume and they will show a print. so him selling stock is not going to push the stock lower maybe in the minds of retail investors oh my God he's selling there's something wrong but that's not how it works
