$Blackline Safety Corp (BLN.CA)$ with two strong days in a row.
Pushing 40-50k shares traded (average 10k), upto 4.40 / share.
They just announced some dilution at 4.05 / share after hours. On the positive side, it’s my understanding that the demand for their products is very strong and as such they need additional capital to continue expanding. They intend to be adjusted EBITDA positive by the end of FY2024.
Not a terrible deal and avoid accumulating debt.
