• 10baggerbamm OP Salmon Klein : so natural gas comes up before oil when it's drilled you normally hit natural gas pockets before you hit liquid gold black gold and then they have to refine it natural gas has been crushed just pull a chart look at the chart that I posted it's a freaking train wreck. but going forward oil is not going to power data centers natural gas is dirt cheap right now there's only so many nuclear facilities that will be built and approved through EPA nuclear regulatory commission there's four to five years worth of hurdles before the smallest companies that are publicly traded that are going parabolic will be able to provide any energy the natural gas is clean energy it's the cleanest source there is produces a very high amount of BTUs we have an abundance in the United States and I think after the whole what nuclear reactors that have been shut down can be turned back on and Microsoft signs a x amount of gear agreement people are going to look towards natural gas for providing energy to power the data centers in which case the demand will go 10x 100x through the fucking roof

• Salmon Klein 10baggerbamm OP : yeah...nuclear power is better than anything, but it is very expensive to make a facility from scratch, so usual, burning gas is way more effective. how is nuclear power in the US? maybe there some small companies now being a huge opportunity for future?

• 10baggerbamm OP Salmon Klein : all of this small nuclear companies uranium companies have gone straight up and the utility companies that have nuclear capabilities have gone straight up so you have utility companies with 2% revenue growth that are now trading like a tech stock because they're anticipating they're going to have 10 to 15% of revenue growth going forward once they max out their nuclear capacity for the data centers and as you saw data centers they're now trying to position themselves around these nuclear facilities because the closer they are the easier it is to get power. the problem with the small uranium companies most are pre-revenue so they are a bubble like the 1999.com stocks and you got to be really really careful cuz if there's a problem in the economy like Iran Israel really turns into a shooting war the market's going to come crashing down and those uranium companies are going to come down 90% they'll go right back to where they started when money starts flowing out. the problem in the United States is you have nuclear regulatory commission and you have EPA and their guidelines are so strict you're talking best case scenario four to five years in the future before if a facility were to be built today that it would be operational. that's a long time frame for investors so every stock gets ratcheted up and price for perfection for something that hasn't even happened so you begin trading on forward revenues anticipated revenues that are not realized yet and that spells correction and the ones that go up quicker they're going to be the ones that get crucified on the way down they're going to get the rug pull. so I follow all the little uranium companies I kick myself now in retrospect around buying them because they're up hundreds of percent but the pay the current valuation with a no revenue company I think is financial suicide
