$Brown & Brown (BRO.US)$ honestly just bought this because of the name but still curious how they did for earnings anybody know?
I'm still going to stay in it even if they slump a ton

$Brown & Brown (BRO.US)$  literally could care less about this stock except the name it feeds my ego just a little bit truthfully the only insurance I like is reinsurance

One of the things about capital allocation that's difficult for me to grasp is why and how C-suite executives with 7 or 8-figure salaries talk about "buying back shares to offset dilution". Given how prevalent this is, here's a brief explanation why I think this is flawed.
