(Update) Looking at the chart over the weekend found it is indeed a disturbing sign as it has been making series of LLs and LHs continuously. No surprise it hit 48x and below when the market melt down.

CDL doesn't need to do a lot. it will come naturally.
1- recognition of revenue that comes from delayed project last year.
2-continued savings on interest rate since they omly started benefit from it in sept last year. this will be more evident from this year.
3- last year operational free cash flow is 4-5x EPS. you can expect this to show up in this and next year's EPS. the results will come by itself.
4-doing more is always welcome so any unlocking of nav via asset sales at no loss to latest valuation will unlock nav, reduce gearing.
5- still some inventory of units not yet taken fully. you can expect more sales proceeds as these get sold off.
6-orie. this will translate into figures this FY.
7- many more launches to come this year. got one I can't remember the name. newport if they decide this is the year to launch. xintiandi site.
