The possibility of Dec rate cut 0.25% should be supporting the stock at current level. If the rate cut happens, it might rise higher as total cut for year 2024 is 1%. The refinance costs for next year will be lower.
CDL stock price is very close to THE bottom. I think there is a possibility that the stock could make one more lower low slightly before turning the corner.
After CDL stock bottoms, i think it is heading to $8.50 !

i think CDL stock is worth punting at current price. The downside is limited to 5% but the upside is atleast 25% ! So, there is huge profit potential in the medium term for this stock and other property stocks like UOL and CK Asset.

Today there is only some selling volume, taking profit from yesterday rise. After selling, we might see a continue up trend tomorrow. Let’s be positive and optimistic
The US 10 year bond yield has dropped below 4.3% with the appointment of Scott Bessent as treasury secretary who is a moderate guy on tariffs. There might be another rate cut in December if the inflation continues to remain tame. It is positive for reits and stocks. Now is a good time to accumulate
