Citigroup: Upgraded Dongfeng Group to a "buy" rating with a target price raised to 6 Hong Kong dollars.

Citigroup released a research report stating that considering the potential cooperation with Xiaomi Group-W (01810) and dividends as catalysts, it raised the target price of Dongfeng Group (00489) from 3.89 HKD to 6 HKD, maintaining a 'buy' rating. The bank has adjusted its sales forecasts for each year from this year to 2026 upward by 4% to 5%, to 1.88 million, 1.8 million, and 1.76 million vehicles respectively, based on the sales trend in the first ten months of this year. The bank also stated that it lowered the forecast for investment income from joint ventures during the same period to 1.57 billion RMB, 0.71 billion RMB, and 0.69 billion RMB; it also revised the loss forecast from the previous 33.4 million.

Citigroup released a research report stating that the National Press and Publication Administration announced that a total of 112 domestic and 7 imported online games were approved in November, marking the second time this year that two approvals were granted simultaneously. Although the scale of approved domestic game licenses is roughly the same as before, the release time of imported game licenses is earlier than expected, deviating from the previous pattern of one release every two months. In addition, tencent (00700) did not receive any game approvals this time, but netease-S (09999) imported game license 'eFootball Online' made the list. Citigroup stated that although the scale of approvals this time is relatively small, the frequency of approvals for imported games is higher.
