lit tee : this few year fed interest rate is high, and all companies have to pay a higher dividend rate to attract investors. the price is such a low level because it has been offset with a higher dividend rate. once the interest rate is adjusted to be lower, the dividend payout will be adjusted to be lower too, and the yearly offset share price will be lower. ultimately you will see the stock price maintain at a higher level. C38U to be maintained at 2.2 when fed interest reduces.
