dookiro : I just wonder if this was the case for other condo projects as well or only these few condo projects. To my horror surprise this dispute has been on-going since 2022 and then many SG people have been  encouraged to purchase a property in Malaysia whether for stay/investment. With this news upcoming, I wonder who will be buying the properties in Malaysia again?

TWP PaPa OP : Best is before committing, get a lawyer from Malaysia and been in the property industry for years as most contracts are in local Malay language.
