On July 19th, Gelunhui reported that China Automotive Systems (CAAS.US) announced that the board of directors has decided to distribute common stock dividend in cash, at a rate of 0.80 US dollars per share. The special cash dividend is expected to be paid to shareholders registered as of July 30th, 2024 (Tuesday) by August 22nd, 2024. The total amount of the special dividend is estimated to be about 25 million US dollars.
