Azzvia : REITS has always been pressured to sell. Before the interest rate cut

FinanceCalculus : yes. before any rate in dec 2023 and july 2024 reits  can surge 15% on possibility of rate cuts. Now it is almost 100% sure (tomorrow another a very likely 0.25% cut) of 1% (ONE!!!) cut in total but it is at its all time low. i am  humbled by stocks logic.

FinanceCalculus : may be recession is knocking the door. an info that i do not know but is happening
