• wonghy : Once they amended the trust deed, they can distribute at rate they choose fit. The minimum 90% requirement is mainly for tax purpose and a REIT choose to distribute less than 90% of taxable income, and the difference will be subject to tax.

• 不喆手断 : please vote no la. you vote no, you get 90% mandatory distribution after 2H 2026. you vote yes, the manager can forever declare whatever percentage they like. unitholder suck balls only.  I say bite the bullet and delay gratification. you eat the sweet now and you starve for life.

• wonghy : Yes, I agree to vote against and do not allow the board to amend the trust deed. We choose to invest in REIT is because it distributes out at least 90% of the distributable income.
