The Group has six reportable operating segments namely, Property Funds Management; Co-Investments; Developments; Property & Development Finance; Investment Bonds Management; and Corporate. The Group generates the majority of its revenue from the Property Funds Management segment, which is engaged in the Management of listed and unlisted property funds.
