  when a stock is owned at the maximum level of ownership in mutual funds where is the upside coming from?
  last year in June we heard oh well there has to be a rebalancing taking place and that's the reason why Nvidia is being sold down because it exceeded by prospectus the percentage within the portfolio
  so that's my point if everybody owns it and they're maxed out now where is the institutional increase in ownership going to come from?
