The company is going to sell some US assets to reduce its bank borrowings which is the positive step towards deleveraging. The high interest expense is “eating” into its profits which makes the company reporting a loss. The only way to make profit is to deleverage.

This stock will benefit from the US rate cut with next year interest expense expected to reduce. It should help to further reduce its losses. It has business exposure to USA besides The Philipines.
It’s good to accumulate the stock when the price is selling at big discount. When the company starts to lessen its losses in the coming FY, the stock should see a strong rebound in its share price. This is my view. DYODD.
Let’s hope the 3rd quarter earnings is positive and making profit. Waiting for the earnings release after 5pm today.
COSCO and FU YU are loss making company and yet big players are willing to push up. Trading in penny stocks don’t look at fundamentals at all regardless of profit or loss.
Next year rate cut will be good for small cap stocks regardless of fundamentals (profit or loss). This is my view.
