EIA's Short Term Energy Outlook was pretty bearish on oil as prices are expected to stay roughly flat in 2024 before falling into 2025. Of course, there is a wide confidence interval on these things, but it seems convinced that record level oil production in the US will offset OPEC+ output that is well below the 5-year avg.
