$Easterly Government Properties Inc (DEA.US)$ ok here's the story on this one. Easterly runs a REIT which focuses on the government and its agencies as tenant, focusing on mission-critical buildings. It has a quarterly dividend of 7.33. I think this one was beaten down by the current macro environment, , aka the feds. I think there's very little risk owning it at it's current price level . I have a buy order set at 13.90.
