10baggerbamm : another week-handed person and yes stocks typically take the staircase on the way up in the elevator on the way down that's what happens. and this is why you don't bet on earnings if you have a position in the company and you're at a point of profit and all you have to do is look at what the past months have returned to Dell shareholders then you would have paired some of your profits you would have harvested them. because come next year first quarter second quarter when consumers are buying AI notebooks and PCs then that segment of the business which Drew down this quarter will surge.

the question is are you patient enough to let a great leader continue growing the company and moving it in the right direction or are you going to be influenced by every Tom Dick and Harry posting bullshit that doesn't have a half a brain or you listen to these morons on TV like cramer, who was pounding the table on Dell and the fourth quarter of AI computers all year long and now has abandoned that concept. you see it's no different than Apple they made a big deal about their phone the problem is there's no software to support what the phone's capable of doing so the sales were lackluster at best but do you think a year from today the app designers are not going to be continuously updating so the consumers can take advantage of the technology that's built into the phone? and the same thing is going to happen to the next generation of desktops and tablets notebooks consumers will buy and it's going to start in Christmas the day after Thanksgiving and his new models come out next year it will continue to build upon and that will be part of a whole new refresh cycle or did everybody all of a sudden forget about every single bit of technology from your TV to your phone that you have to your appliances will become functionally obsolete over the next several years and everything while it's still works will not be able to take advantage of AI. so go ahead be shortsighted sell the stock take your tax loss go punch the wall kick the dog walk around all mopey pissed off at the world and then in 6 months or a year you can look back at the stock and it'll be significantly higher and then you can piss and gripe all over again.

10baggerbamm : when you have an evolutionary shift in technology it's difficult for products to roll out on a timely basis because it's not only dependent upon key pieces but also the demand by consumers and that takes time to swell and build to the point where someone says I have to have it. so because Nvidia pushed off Blackwell for a month and a half the whole consumption chain the entire product cycle for every company gets pushed forwards.
