Well, I think they’ll take donations from just about every where and of just about any kind of money, food, tokens or commodities. With that being said DogeCoin makes a lot of sense. It’s one of Mr Musk’s favorite cryptos and he owns a lot of it, so does X. To be so young and a whale. So it would make sense when after the Ukraine ask Mr. Musk to help with interest services and the “made that happen” in such a short time that they would go back to that well a second time hoping for the same positive results. But the out right financing of war might be a little different than internet service which could be considered humanitarian aid and dedicated on taxes as such. I don’t think the American government is going to let you deduct battle tanks, attack helicopters and cases of AK-47’s on your taxes. All though this is the Biden administration and we have seen just about anything goes these days. Just saying.
