10baggerbamm 151404867 OP : it's just not something for Ukraine and Russia this is going to be something that's used not only at the federal level the United States government in the military for States state police local police it's going to spread all around the world because everybody sees The lethality of drones because of the war so you need to be able to stop them  and that's where this company shines.

SnowVested 151404867 OP : drone sheild tech is not been used in Ukraine, the Ukrainian people are litterally manufacturing amazingly super cheep and workable drones for I think for under twenty dollars even less each.
and that's not just the Arial drones.
droneSheild tech has been brought by UK, European  and US military and private organisations and departments.
as stated in their news on this site, twitter and their personal home page.
sadly, the current 'drone wars' has to my knowledge no connection to Drone shield technology.

10baggerbamm OP 151404867 : I think they're going to be booking a lot of business but what has to happen is they need to be able to transition from booking to filling orders and I don't know what their capacity is for fulfillment is but that's absolutely critical if you take an order you need to be able to fill it within a reasonable time ideally within a year within that year or less that way you're booking and take into the bank what they're signing the contract for

Besides it raised 200mn plus lat year at the valuation of 1.15. With 10 deals above 30Mn in pipeline this stock will rise, its a question of time and patience.

10baggerbamm OP 151404867 : the issue that I see is they need to engage investors a different way. they post on X all the time and I copy and paste and you see the pictures so they do a fairly good job about that the problem is if you do not release news to Dow Jones and Reuters nobody knows anything about you and when you want news to go to Dow Jones and Reuters you pay a fee
so a smaller company that's managing their finances believes oh well look you have these massive companies that use free portals like X.. we'll just post there and that way people can come to us
and that's the problem this is such a small company it's a grain of sand on the beach that if you don't proactively alert people of who you are they don't know you exist.
so that's the first issue and it's not specifically targeted at this company but it's a broad paintbrush with a lot of small cap companies they don't release news that will bring in a potential of a massive amount of new investors by going to Dow and Reuters because they think that the new social media being free is superior and unless you have a that's following it has little impact.
the second and I'll qualify this by saying I don't know if this is a matter of competition to keep what they are doing secret from other counter drone technology companies, I don't know if this is a country law that they're prohibited from posting online
they have in production they have proven counter drone technology that will take drones right out of the sky I'd like to see it function I'd like to see videos in real time put 20 30 50 drones in the sky identify a few of them is bad drones maybe it's a flashing light a different color and the rest not bad drones good good guys if you will
and I'd like to see it Target and take out the bad ones I'd like to see it function and I've asked this company multiple times supposed videos like this show a video of it actually working in a limited environment maybe it's one drone coming in that could have a a bomb attached to it because that's what's going on with Russia and Ukraine and there's videos that you can watch of drones that have explosives on them taking out carriers like a Humvee or larger like a Bradley type fighting that can have 10 12 soldiers in it and it literally flies right in and blows up so you got $1,000 drone that's taken out of quarter million dollar piece of equipment and killing a lot of soldiers.
I'd like to see it function and the company has yet to release any videos like this and I think that would make a big difference where you can see it work as an investor I'd like to know it actually functions
so those are the two concerns that I have a voice send that a company I written emails and I've gone on x but the shareholder service their it tech department whoever's updating X they either don't care or they think they know more so there's not been any response and they have not changed their ways ..
the last issue and this is after the fact is they need to get on the NASDAQ and get off the pink sheets in the United States.
and this can be done by increasing their shareholder base which drives the stock up by posting news to Dow Jones and Reuters the fee that they pay will come back tenfold in share price appreciation.
or they can reverse split the stock they could do at 10 to 1 reverse split bring it up to a few dollars a share it presents an ideal situation on the NASDAQ because when you reduce the float you increase the volatility which means it has the ability to move with much lighter volume and that's what small cap investors want they want to get paid now, they want the stocks to go up.. so that's the other issue they need to get the hell off the pink sheets and get on the NASDAQ. and they should make an announcement to NASDAQ saying that we're going to be making application the first half of this year to the NASDAQ and that needs to be on Dow Jones and Reuters News not on x
