After the latest Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) showed an expansion in the manufacturing sector but revealed an increase in the "prices paid" index during December, the major U.S. indices lost ground, with S&P 500 slipped 1.11%. $Devon Energy (DVN.US)$ Down 25% since October. Short interest up. No public news to support this significant drop in value. This is suspicious. Maybe institutions are exiting this stock??? I’m buying on the 12th to DCA and hold for the dividend.
