Nope when jiutian hit 0.12, they were flush with net cash n having record breaking profits quarter after quarter. Fundamentals n results do matter. Currently, this spike is purely to trap trend followers n then once q4 results out, it will gap down more

Similar to recent spike to 0.035 then sell down back to 0.024 few weeks back, it's part of the Algo to trap the retailers into thinking it's going up
