Bill Ford, Chairman of Ford Motor, stated that Elon Musk's relationship with President-elect Donald Trump will not harm traditional Auto Manufacturers, and Trump has a better grasp of the Industry than during his first term. Ford said in an interview in Detroit on Thursday, "This time, he understands the importance of our Industry."
