friend688 Mini invest102342937 : Many folks lost money on REIT. Moreover US rate cuts will not be better or more times than last year. Agree on the point of Feb rate cut? If rate 0.25 cut is projected at one or mere two times at most how can REIT be good? Agree portfolios diversification, Warren Buffet said:  its better to stick to one stable stock counter that does very well, than owning many counters which one cannot managed or lost focus.

HODL RDDT : Wilmar has more sustainable yield as it comes from operating cashflow which has proven track record. Singtel is supporting dividends via monetization of assets, this will end someday and more volatile.
