• Trader No 103796387 FIRE Keith : CEO buying daily is not a strong indicator to buy. For example Top Gloves, the CEO and family kept buying the shares but it still fell from RM8 to less than RM1. If the share’s fundamentals have change, no amount of insider buying will have any impact on the share.

• Trader No 103796387 FIRE Keith : Fundamentals for the non-financials, specifically Quality Management, Corporate Governance and Company Management. The Singapore management team under the guidance of Robert Kouk is very respectable and no doubt investors are willing to pay a premium for their brand name. It’s the foreign partners management quality which is being questions right now. Not only is the investors raising concern about their India partners but once a can of worms has been uncovered, their are also doubts on partners from other countries. Are there similar bribery concern?
