10baggerbamm OP TheOracleOfBroMaha : I don't even know if it's a swing trade I'm looking for a grand slam I think the setup is potentially here.
the first to tell you the people that speculate in these micro caps somewhere on this forum they do a much better job than me because this violates all of the principles all of the fundamental reasons for owning a company when they're at this price point.
so this is Las Vegas without a pretty girl giving you free drinks that's the best way I can say it it's purely risk capital. saying that you would take to a casino
if you read under investor relations on the company homepage the news announcements that have come out in the third and fourth quarter you'll see what has happened to them.
CEO is done he moved on they've got some accounting issues that they have to deal with more than likely they overvalued assets like that's never happened before I'm just speculating because I didn't even look at their financials it's not worth my time.
they did not get a notice of delisting from the NASDAQ but they did get a notice that they have to file their  quarter of financials the annual 10K.
so they have 180 days the company did not say if they have actually filed yet I did email them I haven't heard back I probably won't hear back and at this point I already own the option so whatever the hell happens happens.
the company did say that they're planning on filing them . that's in their news release
so if at some point in time in the near future they come out with the statement that we've filed were in compliance if you look at how much the stock sold off from when all these problems started it should immediately reverse and they're in the right industry they're in the battery the lithium industry which these little stocks are on fire now.
it's a thinly traded stock there's not a lot of volume which means if money runs into it it's off to the races.
so that's how I look at it again I took a shot let's see what happens

10baggerbamm OP : if the company is able to come out and refile their financials because they need to do that's what they said they're going to do then they're going to be able to stay on the NASDAQ and so far what I've observed is every one of these little companies whose stock price dwindles below a dollar they get a notice of the listing or they running a bind and they delay their reporting of their financials for whatever the reason as soon as they correct the problems the stocks take off like a rocket ship I mean there's a 100% correlation to every one of these shit stocks that I see in the early morning hours when they have the same particular issues with financials being filed and stock price falling.
so if at any moment this company says yep we filed our financials I think the stock's going to be off to the races I think it's going to go parabolic.

10baggerbamm OP : I'm basically the only open interest there's nobody else buying call options so maybe I'm an idiot I guess time will tell if this pays out or not if I lose it's $2,000 I've lost if I'm right it could get real interesting

I did read over the company this company got a notice for potential D listing. the company says they're working on their financials and they're going to get them filed within time.
ordinarily I wouldn't touch something like this with a 10-ft pole.
I read and I watch every day these little shit companies that spike in a rally and most of them have had a reverse split most of them have had a notice of delisting and then get back in compliance and the stocks take off like a freaking missile.
so add this sector lithium batteries and it's like the cherry on top it's got all the recipes that ordinarily I wouldn't touch with two latex gloves on.
but I think this one's going to work so I'm going to throw a dart.. if it doesn't it'll be my first tax loss for 2025
