buy the worst company that you can find that doesn't file their 10q 10K because they overstated assets and miscategorized them.. the CEO retires another way of saying resigning and quitting.. that doesn't comply with nasd rules for listing and the stock goes up

as I mentioned this is purely a crapshoot like going to the casino that this company hadn't filed their 10 q10k that they've got accounting issues the company said they're going to fix it that's the extent of the gist that I scanned and I took a shot.
now that I read over some things I feel compelled to disclose what I've learned because I don't want ...

10baggerbamm OP TheOracleOfBroMaha : I don't even know if it's a swing trade I'm looking for a grand slam I think the setup is potentially here.
the first to tell you the people that speculate in these micro caps somewhere on this forum they do a much better job than me because this violates all of the principles all of the fundamental reasons for owning a company when they're at this price point.
so this is Las Vegas without a pretty girl giving you free drinks that's the best way I can say it it's purely risk capital. saying that you would take to a casino
if you read under investor relations on the company homepage the news announcements that have come out in the third and fourth quarter you'll see what has happened to them.
CEO is done he moved on they've got some accounting issues that they have to deal with more than likely they overvalued assets like that's never happened before I'm just speculating because I didn't even look at their financials it's not worth my time.
they did not get a notice of delisting from the NASDAQ but they did get a notice that they have to file their quarter of financials the annual 10K.
so they have 180 days the company did not say if they have actually filed yet I did email them I haven't heard back I probably won't hear back and at this point I already own the option so whatever the hell happens happens.
the company did say that they're planning on filing them . that's in their news release
so if at some point in time in the near future they come out with the statement that we've filed were in compliance if you look at how much the stock sold off from when all these problems started it should immediately reverse and they're in the right industry they're in the battery the lithium industry which these little stocks are on fire now.
it's a thinly traded stock there's not a lot of volume which means if money runs into it it's off to the races.
so that's how I look at it again I took a shot let's see what happens
