10baggerbamm : good eye on that one I had to stop I don't follow this stock but I went and I looked at the SEC filings to see if they were exercising stock options that were granted to them at zero or a couple of pennies and they're not these were open market purchases. so good eye and good catch because people that run companies sell for a variety of reasons but they only buy stock for one reason and when they go in the open market and buy it's no different than when the CEO bought a million dollars worth of marvel 2 and 1/2 weeks ago or so when it was in the 90s. and now look at the stock.
Trytosaveabit OP 10baggerbamm : Thank you! Yes a lot of people don’t either look at the code? Or have no clue what the codes mean! Hehehe. There is a trader here that has people pay him for his genius! But he blocked me when one time he pointed out how bullish a ticker was because of 5 new form 4’s! But when I ( nicely ) added that they were not buys but givin to employees and IMO that’s not bullish in of itself! He got indignant and blocked me! Hehehe. Thanks again and GL today
Jaguar8 Trytosaveabit OP : Yup so simple to look if A or D. Who is that brother let me stalk him
Trytosaveabit OP Jaguar8 : Hehehe! Stalk away! But don’t forget about code P, S, V, A, D, F, I ,M ! These are the types of “Transaction” codes! There’s others. But these are the most important ones IMO
rennymc Trytosaveabit OP : Can you tell me if I get a few right and what the others are please?
P purchased
S sold
V
A acquired
D disposed
F I want to say fulfilled, but that doesn’t sound right.
I
M
Darn it. I only know half off the top of my head lol! And hopefully I’m correct on them!
