Truth is they had a short sellers analyst Snowcap Research, come in and scare the hell out of the market and it dropped like a rock, as most stocks who have this type of propaganda levied on them do. …..However, as with a majority of these “ short analysts blasting” firms, (who are by the way getting out of the business) their allegations often turn out to be ill informed, overly exagerated, and without empirical evidence linking their conclusions to anything reliably meaningful…….. Thus far, there has been little empirical evidence to merit the allegations in the report. That being the case, no sell side analysts have made anything other increasing price targets for FTAI, which should really allow this stock the opportunity to gain upward traction, and as a result, a nice potential short squeeze which will put a nice base on the stock to run from. The aviation services business is booming along with Airlines momentum, and FTAI is in an excellent position to take maximal advantage of this trend. So Im aggresively adding down here.
Stifel analysts believe that FTAI's stock has run as far as it can until parts manufacturer approval is granted. They also believe that current market expectations have already priced in a favorable upside for the company.
FTAI Aviation's high P/S ratio is likely due to expectations of strong revenue performance. Its forecasted revenue growth, higher than the industry, justifies the high P/S ratio. Strong revenue forecasts should keep the share price buoyant.
The report is bullish on FTAI Aviation's increased return on capital while maintaining stable capital employed. Given the commendable five-year stock return, the evaluation encourages further monitoring of the growth trend and efficiency of the company.
Following the introduction of China's groundbreaking DeepSeek technology, Wall Street giants have revised their investment outlooks for the Chinese market.
