Meta stated that Movie Gen is the "most advanced, with the best immersive storytelling model kit", trained based on authorized and publicly available data, capable of generating videos at a speed of 16 frames per second and up to 16 seconds long; a 13 billion parameter model supports audio generation; in human evaluations, Movie Gen's video generation capability outperforms Sora by 8.2 net wins.
